Provides a regulatory framework for the production and promotion of biofuels, for which the National Advisory Commission for the Promotion of the Production and Sustainable Use of Biofuels holds the authority. States that by 2010 all gasoline produced and consumed in Argentina must be composed of no less than 5% biofuels and has since been raised to 10%, and in 2016 to 12%.
